Jessica Lunsford , owner/broker of Golden State Realty Services, was born and raised in Nevada County. She started her career in property management at age 19 and has explored all the different aspects of real estate since then. When she opened up her own brokerage she decided that she wanted to stick with what she knew best: helping clients achieve their goals with investment properties. She has spent the last 10 years working primarily with investors and helping them achieve their financial goals. Having been so involved in Property Management, construction and development her first hand experience has proven to be priceless for her clients.
On a personal note, Jessica is married to her high school sweetheart and they have three active boys. She loves nothing more than going to the ocean and spending time with her family.​

Danielle Cavolt has been a Nevada County resident for 30+ years. She been blessed to have been a stay home mom for over 13 years before she got her real estate license. She loves everything she is learning about property management and has a passion to serve others. She is married to the love of her life, going on 23 years now. Together, they have 3 active boys who enjoy a multitude of sports. You can find them at home spending family time or on the basketball court or the ball field!

Leah Dydiw, team and administrative support, has lived and worked in Nevada County most of her life and loves all the foothills have to offer. Leah has nearly two decades in customer service and has supported a variety of realty environments. Leah is passionate about helping others and loves an organized and efficient process. Leah loves spending time with her husband and their two young children. Their family loves vacations to the mountains, beach, and Disneyland.
